Since its beginning in 1915, the Fort Wayne Education Association has been working to providing quality education for the students of Fort Wayne Community Schools. A part of the Indiana State Teacher's Association, FWEA is dedicated to creating an ideal work environment for Fort Wayne teachers. We believe that our children are the future of our community, and therefore, our teachers should be treated in the highest respect.

Each year FWEA provides quality programs for teachers to learn new skills, gain new knowledge, and gain greater awareness of our rights and responsiblities under the law and our Master Contract with FWCS.
